Pen And Paper Transformed To Intelligent Note Taking

Handwrite your notes using the digital pen and paper that looks and feels like ordinary paper but is created using a special software program. When convenient, simply dock your pen into a USB cradle and an identical image of your notes is transferred and then cataloged into a simple-to-use database.

The database can be easily searched using date, subject, specified keywords or attendees which allows for quick retrieval and eliminates the need to maintain paper copies.  You can automatically add voice annotations to your notes, email or print them, and export them to Microsoft Word.  NoteAmation™ also updates to Outlook 2003 tasks and calendar.

	The Pen The digital pen looks and works just like an ordinary pen but it encases a tiny camera that records pen strokes and can take up to 70 pictures per second. The Pen records its movement in relation to its position on the page, which is identified through a licensed dot pattern. 	The Paper A licensed background pattern consisting of a series of faint dots form a grid and act as map coordinates to pinpoint the location of each pen stroke on the paper. Each individual note page is associated with a unique background pattern which allows you to go back and forth between pages. A cover sheet is used to add intelligence behind your handwritten notes. The information you include will help to refine searching for specific information later. Voice annotations can also be included for this purpose. Additionally the cover sheet includes the option to email your notes to anyone, as well as, the ability to export to Outlook tasks and scheduling. Outlook will send email notification of new calendar events and automatically add new contact information.

If you consider the amount of time spent in meetings, it's easy to imagine the wealth of information contained in the notes we keep. Enterprise class NoteAmation™ allows a group of users to store their notes in a central database and share access as required.  The enterprise system is structured using administrative and folder permissions allowing you to restrict the sharing of information to specific individuals, a project or a department.  NoteAmation™ Server is completely scalable to meet your growing demands.
